\'Thirst Extinguisher\', \'Keep Available For An Emergency\'. Odd item! The decals are faded but readable, the top twists and pulls to remove with some effort, and inside you can put your favorite bottled water. Metal with PVC liner. Grimy, strange and heavy at around 2 pounds. 10 3/8 inches tall, widest at around 3 1/2 inches. Someone went to some trouble constructing this impractical dispenser for one bottle of water! Some old authentic fire extinguisher parts here. One of my more unusual flea market finds.
