Had a red sticker marked Steinbach that has fallen off. When the music plays Liechtensteiner Polka the platform that the girls stand on turns and each of the girls turn around. The ribbons wind as they spin. There is one heart at the top that is missing (see photos) and some very minor crazing on the blue paint on the base. You wind it on the bottom and push the wooded knob on the side to start or to stop music. Overall, very good condition.
