Description
Sterling silver dangle lapel or hat pin. It is marked sterling on both charms. It is a US Navy pin with a blue enamel Victory. I am guessing it is from WWII and may have been a sweet heart pin. I am also including a plastic red white and blue V that was found with it.
It is 1 1/4 inch long and the bar is 1/2 inch across. The plastic V is 5/8\" tall.
