VINTAGE STERLING SILVER FILIGREE ORDER OF CHRIST PORTUGAL NAVAL SHIP:

This sale is for a vintage Portuguese Order of Christ naval ship made of silver filigree. All of these I\'ve seen have been sterling, but if there is a mark on this ship, it is well hidden as issometimes the case on these. There are areas of a gold washleft so the ship was probably originally goldover silver. The enamel crosses on the shipare the symbol of the historical Portuguese Order of Christ(also called Christ\'s Knights Order). It is about 2.25\" tall.

There is a tiny dent in the very front of the body of the ship and a couple of the wires are broken. You can see a small hole there. It is shown in the last picture. It is so hard to see, I never saw it unti I was looking closely at the blown up photos.
