VICTORIAN VINTAGE STERLING SILVER PUFFY HEART CHARM - Repousse Beaded Border with Inset I believe this vintage sterling heart charm is from the Victorian era. It has a beaded border on the front. There is also an aqua blue bead inset in the middle of the front of the heart. There are white spots on my photos, but this is camera flash, not an imperfection. This heart is marked Sterling on the back. The heart is in fair condition, with dings and dents on the back side. There is engraving on the back of the heart. The back of the heart has been professionally engraved with the initials \"C.M.S.\". The heart measures approximately 1/2\" in size.
