Vintage Sterling Silver Thimble Jigger with Vermeil (gold wash) inside vessel. Heavy jigger, weighs 38 grams (1.3 ounces). Dimensions: height 1 7/8 inches x mouth width 1 3/4 inches, width at base 1 3/8 inches. Holds 1.8 ounces of liquid when filled to brim (1.75-ounce \"shot\"). Marked STERLING on outside rim, but otherwise appears unmarked. The weight and vermeil accent remind me of a Tiffany & Co. offering. Not polished. Tarnish in the thimble-punched area is irregular, giving the appearance of dents, but not dented, scratched or otherwise marred. Buyer can polish if desired. Very good overall condition.
