There are a few scuff marks and a couple of nicks. Itcould definitely use a cleaning, especially on the cord. There is no cracking anywhere. Rotary dial works and when I put the headset on the cradle, I can hear the ringer pinging.
We are totally mobile now so I can\'t plug it in to see if it works.
