Sylvania Model543M(Mahogany) clock radio circa the 1950\'s. The radio is in very good condition for its age. There are not an cracks or chips on the plastic. There are a few light scratches on the top of the radio.Most of the gold plating has come off of the front but a litle remains near the dial and in the corners. The back panel is in place but has some damage in few areas. The radio works perfectly.The clock keeps perfect time. The automatic timers still work but do not have their knobs. The panelescent control, which allows you to brighten or dim the light on the clock face and dial works. The light is a beautiful turquoise color but seems to be a little dim. There is some dust on the plastic which covers the clock face, which is behind the front plastic face that the numbers are on. The extra appliance outlet on the back still works as well.
