Picture is framed in goldish frame. I did not attempt to clean up the frame as that is not my forte.Plastic (?) type frame that looks like ceramic on the back but is not ceramic; it\'s sturdy.

The TMC-Chicago numbers are #TL12 and C120. It says 6x7 F4 Portraits - 6x7 would be the size of the portrait. It is made to look hand painted. There is a hook for hanging. Terrific vintage item.
