Striking royal blue saucer and cup exterior

Under footed cupsection on saucer and inside cupis pink, blue and yellow rose pattern

Inside of cup and footed portion is white trimmed ingold gilt

No chips, nicks, cracks or crazing

Just 2 minute blue colored chips on cup and one tiny color chip on saucer

Could be a manufacturing defect in the paint
