It is being sold as untested and would need flint and fluid to be operable.Bottom of lighter hasMADE IN USAon it.Front of lighter has a raised rubber emblem with TEXICO DILMAR on it. The back has red print that is worn with DILMAR OIL CO INC DISTRIBUTOR DILLON MARION PERRY COUNTIES MARLBORO CHESTERFIELD on it. Case is aluminum and has a lot of scuffs and dings on it.
