This is a vintage Shoe Form or Mold marked with the medallion on the top from the Blye Shop of 5th Avenue and 46th Avenue, New York City, that used to be a haberdashery, clothing store. The bottom is marked with a tag from the J.V. Shoe Tree Company of Brockton, Massachusetts. This does have wear, slight chipping. I have not played with it to see if it extends, etc. Sold as is.
