This tie is vintage (perhaps from 1940s - 1950s) but is in NEW (NWT, new with tags/tie sleeve and appears never worn) condition! Get the best of both worlds, a new tie that has vintage style. This tie was sold by Larson Clothing Company and is the Smoothie Imperial brand from Schreter Sons. This tie is believed to be vintage but exact era not certain (judging by measurements, material and companies involved, believe tie might be from the 1940s - 1950s). Even thoughbelieved vintage, the tie tag/sleeve is still present. Material is rayon and is a rich crimson brocade in an oriental paisley style.
Approximate measurements: Width (at the widest part) = approximately 3.5 inchesLength (entire length of tie from point of large end of tie to point of small end of tie) = approximately 48.5 inches (short).
Tie is in great condition with no holes, stains, tears, etc...true new condition. Colors may vary from pictures due to difference in color monitor display settings.
