Very faint hairline on front of one Lady\'s neck; shorter, deeper hairline crack on other Lady\'s neck where it meets her left shoulder.>Photos: Please look closely at the photos; they are the best statement of condition.>Each piece has been carefully and gently wiped down; any additional cleaning we leave to the new owner.Fun Facts about Tilso Japan (courtesy of Just Answer Antiques)--Tilso was a Japanese import company pretty popular during the mid 1900s.--They were founded around 1913.--They actually started as an antique company by L.Batlin and Son.--After the depression they founded Tilso.--The name Tilso was derived from the names of the owners wife and daughter, Tillie and Sonia.--They made all kinds of figurines, containers, jars, etc. that were very similar to ones make by US companies. around the same time a few decades earlier.--They closed down during the 70s.--Tilso is very collectible, especially among mid century collectors.
