Vintage Tin Carousel/Merry Go Round 4 Tin Horses:

This is a nice old tin carousel that has 4 tin horses and is 14 1/4\" tall and 8 3/8\" across the base. This has a nice circus looking top with 4 Flags on the top and even the red ribbon going around is tin. There seems to be missing parts on the bottom and the top because I can\'t figure out what made it go. I have no idea who made this or when ,you are buying what you see good luck.
