Up for sale is the Cutest Little 1975 Rancho ElRae with TOILET, HOLDING TANK, WORKING FRIDGE, FURNACE AND WATER HEATER.
This trailer is in excellent condition. It has never been abused or neglected.
Just loved and cared for.
13\' 6\" box and she weighs about 2000lbs +/-.
Exterior is straight with new paint and only minor beauty marks.
Interior is also very nice showing only minor signs of being 39 years old. It\'s really nice!
Newer tires, heater, battery, water pump, plastic water tank, full kitchen with working fridge (runs on gas or 110 volt), sink and stove/oven, gas lantern, sleeps 6 with kids, new style propane tanks, 7 pin electrical connector, brakes. Couch and dinette cushions are in good shape and original. Original vintage flooring in pristine condition.
Everything\'s working and she\'s ready to hit the road.
