Very interesting old trophy measuring almost 8 inches tall.It features a copper colored metal cup on a heavy white plastic base (probably Bakelite). Black felt on the bottom of the base.The copper colored metal plate on the face of the base reads \"Best Puppy 1952.\" One wonders where or how this trophy originated. Perhaps it was a prize at a town festival or county fair?Very good condition with minor tarnishing of the metal parts. No dents or serious scratches. A little dirt that will clean off.The cup is a little loose on the base. Nothing that threatens it to come off. It can simple turn about 15 degrees in either direction. Total trophy weight is 1 pound, 2 ounces.Base is in good shape with an almost unnoticeable chip on the back. See picture.
