I don\'t believe that this item was ever used. My Mom bought it at a Tupperware party, a long time ago, then put it away in the cupboard, where I found it. The center of the mat has different sized circles to use as guides for rolling out your pie dough. The four corners have recipes for baking powder biscuits, pastry, as well as equivalents and substitutions. Easily wipes clean.
Would make a nice addition to your Tupperware collection! Happy Baking!
