** Sorry no sales to buyers in NY State- we are not registered to collect sales tax .Extraordinary Antique Crib Toy by Tykie Toy Co ( formerly ) of Piqua Ohio .This one is Eppy Elephant & is in Grand condition for it\'s age -Mom purchased it in 1945 and saved it carefully in original box with pamphlet after a brief time with baby . The toy itself : body still in amazing shape - not even paint loss , & strings still fairly taught . The head is also in terrific shape with little or no paint loss . and no cracks or repairs .The only issues , and they are minor , are : very light scratches on his ears & tiny white scratch on left side of ear both from teething . there are also 2 small blots of what looks like glue on the seam up the back of his head ; these are factory defects since at no time was he ever cracked , broken nor repaired .(Other samples of Eppy have the same marks on the seam ).In spite of these barely noticeable issues , he remains a Fantastic Antique for a collector ! His box is also in decent shape - shows aging (tape mark on bottom) but still good and has a foil label . Includes original paper folder with story in nice shape as well . A Gem !Please ask questions as all sales are as is & final .
