You are looking at a Vintage U.S. Navy Keuffel & Esser #4081-3 Duplex Slide Rule w/case. Everything works but the sides of the sliding glass mechanism are cracked and have tape on them (pictures 5&6). The leather flap on the top of the case is gone (picture 7). Please take a close look at the pictures.
