Offering this old Samson Luggage Steamer Trunk with metal trim. It has an old US Forest Service Department of Agriculture logo on the top. It is army green with a forest green logo that has significant wear as shown. I really don\'t know much about these or anything much about this piece specifically. It was purchased at an estate sale near Wilkes Barre PA from what I was told was the estate of a gentleman who worked for the Forest Service. I have no other details regarding its origin or if it was a piece of agency issued equipment. I do not know the age, but I am guessing 1900-1950. I have no key and the lock has a bend in it but does close. The edges have the metal all along and the latches work correctly. It is kind of musty smelling and is in vintage condition with some stains and cosmetic issues as shown. I am going to offer shipping, but would prefer pickup. Will deliver unboxed to a local UPS if you have an account and would prefer that.Otherwise, I will ship by taping it inside a couple thick trash bags. See size in title.
