Here we have one vintage Girl Guide Leprechaun \"Sixes\" Brownie Emblem.
In 1919, soon after the introduction of the Brownie age-level in the Girl Guides movement, it was decided that the troop would be divided up into smaller groups of 6 girls each, known as \"sixes.\" Each group would have their own Sixes Emblem, representing a mythical creature such as a fairy or sprite. Sixes are still being used today, but various shapes and designs have come and gone over the years.
The Leprechaun design was first available in 1919 and is still in use today (although the current version looks much different than this one). This rectangle version on brown cotton fabric was dates to the 1950\'s to 1995. It is also in new, UNUSED condition (never before sewn or glued). What a great addition to your collection, or perhaps to recreate a uniform from your own childhood!This price is for ONE patch.

Poor = Very obviously damaged, stained, ripped, etc. Only recommended for very high dollarand/or extremely rare items. Good \"hole fillers\" in collections
