Measurements: 16\" L x 4\" W x 10\" H (man\'s hat). Clock is activated when plugging cord into wall socket, light is activated when pushing switch located on base, and right hand of man moves when flipping switch located in back by his legs. Clock keeps good time and motion-activated arm works too. Original whip or cane has been replaced with a copper wire. Light pole, lamp cover, carriage hitch and base are made of painted and polished ferrous metal. The horse, lamp base/housing, man, & clock housing/carriage are painted polished brass. Reins appear to be plastic/vinyl covered cloth string that is flat. Back of seat has a plate that can be removed to enter clock housing. This was made in Brooklyn New York. Cord is 4.5 ft long.
