This is a vintage sterling charm for the University of Illinois. There is a blue faceted stone set in the front; I don\'t think it is a real gemstone. It is marked sterling on the back, was made by Kinney and was rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing.It measures3/4 of an inch high and 3/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs1.0 gram.
