Unusual dispenser method

Fill with loose leaf tea, twist and lock the lid on and tilt upside down to fill the measure with a teaspoon of tea

Has tea on both sides with a willow pattern design around it

In good used condition, Small patch of damage to the chrome on the lid see photos and general pitting

Tallest point is 13.5cm
