This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage pattern to make a Cinderella Upside Down or Topsy-Turvy Doll. These dolls are made so that there are no legs,instead when you turn her upside down the second face/head is there. So you really get two dolls in one. This doll hasa happy face andballgownon one end and a sad face and a dress with rags/patcheson the other.She measures about 15 inches tall when complete.
