can not Make Out Signature Date Looks Like 74 I Feel This is A Great Era Piece

Vintage Painting from Mexico painted on velvet. and wood framed there is no breaks or cracks, or holes in the

velvet. there is some scratches on the velvet along with some lint, there is a mark i am sure is a signature

and number 74 i am sure is the date. lower right hand corner. this really stands out in the light. took photos

outside. the beehive hairdo is the best. take a look at the photos and measurements any questions just ask.
