THIS IS THE PATTERN TO MAKE THE ITEM, NOT THE FINISHED ITEM!

PATTERN: CUT Simplicity Pattern 4954 for Child\'s One Piece Dress. Skirt is gathered in all views. There is a back button closing. View 1 features puffed sleeves, a wide collar and tie ends. Collar and skirt have velvet ribbon trim. View 2 lace trimmed collar is scalloped. Lace trims skirt in scalloped line. There are puffed sleeves and a ribbon tie belt. Sleeveless dress, view 3, has a lower neckline. Contrast collar and pocket trim are edged with lace.

SIZE: 4 Chest 23\"

ENVELOPE: Good with wear . There is tape all around on the seams. All pieces and directions are in the package.
