Listed is a Ladies black silk(?) skirt with embroidered flowers sewn on. Item is machine and hand sewn. The side seam at the waist needs be resewn. I have shown it in the 4th picture. The fabric overlay on the bottom has some splits. There are 2 areas on the waistband that have been taken in so the waist can be made larger. I am sure its small flaws could be repaired and the piece used for wear or display. Across the waist from one side to the other is about 15\"From top to bottom is about 38\"Very lovely skirt. This is a vintage or antique item. As such it is a used item with wear unless stated otherwise. It is sold with all its character. I try to state all flaws but used condition and flaws is not a reason for return.
