Vintage Victorian gold filled Mechanical pencil necklace that is fabulous and it does work. It has deep embossed designs on the pencil and the drop chain is really nice. the pencil is 2 1/4\" long when closed and when open it i 3 1/2\" long and it is heavy. Weighs 8.6 grams on the pencil and the chain is 28\" long to the center point which drops to a V shape and that is another 4 1/4\" long.
