This is a vintage set of Villeroy & Boch divided dinner plates. Made in the Saar-Basin region of Germany. Marked \"WILLOW\" \"WALLERFANGEN\". This mark was apparently used by V & B during the years 1920-1935. The plates are also debossed with the letters \"EB\". I am selling these as a set of four plates but including a fifth plate as a spare. The fifth plate has a crack. These plates are decorated with the appealing blue and white willow motif. The diameter is 11\". The overall condition is good and consistent with their advanced age and their use. Two plates have minor knicks on the top. There is some discoloration around some of the plates\' edges. One plate has a blue coloration overall on the bottom and the stamp on another is a very light blue inconsistent with the others. These plates would make an attractive shelf display or are completely functional. Please note all photos as they are part of the description.
