Vintage Virginia Metalcrafters Wild Duck Clip Paper Holder solid brass could use polishing. Signed H. Burns and Copyright either is 1948-49. I can\'t be sure because the last number is smudged. Wild Duck 7-5 is on the bottom also. Please see pictures. Measures almost 4 inches and there is a loop for hanging on a wall.
