Here is a small vintage oil on artist canvasboard painting of a gorgeous Palomino chestnut horse. This measures 9 1/8 x 11 1/4 ins. framed in a simple brown and gold picture frame.The painting is signed Avery at the bottom right. The art has a definite Western look about it with the landscape the horse is pictured in. I would date this to the 1950-60s time period. It is in good/very good as is vintage condition. The frame has a small chip at the right corner, nothing major.
