No chips or cracks and the colors are still quite bright.Plate has a scalloped, gold trimmed rim and measures 7\" in diameter. (see photos) The gold trim on the rim is quite worn.Marked on the back of the plate \"WHEELOCK - MADE INGERMANY forTHE EasterN RACKET - L.J. MESERVE, PROP.
