I\'m proud to present this stunning vintage 1930s pre-WWII to early WWII eraGerman Luftwaffe pattern Fliegeruhr or pilot\'s watch.

This is the large 41mm case (excluding the crown) with thedouble clamshell back and 15 jewel signed Helvetia movement.

Signed Helvetia Suisse prop dial which is in excellentcondition. It winds sets and runs well and is a great timekeeper. There is noslop when winding or setting the time that you will find on a lot of these oldfliegers. I always combine shipping. Dial: 100% original dial in genuine condition, never beenrepainted.

Dial in very good condition.

Hands: Original set in good condition. All original lume.

Movement: In House Helvetia. 15 Jewels. Movement is working fine.

Clean and Smoothly running. Recently lubricated and serviced.

Rare movement with early, patented shock absorber.

Case: Original case. No pitting.

Case is in very good condition unlike most others I haveseen.

Size: 41 mm with no crown, 47 mm lug to lug, 23-24 mm strapplace.

Currently a 22 mm NATO strap is fitted. Looks good but a vintage heavy leather strap would be even nicer.

Rotary upper bezel with pointer.

Double back on hinge, open and close with no problems.

Crown: Original in good condition, with little or no signsof wear.

Glass: Has the thick flat mineral glass crystal as evident inphotos.

It is a custom made expensive reproduction glass, samethickness as original!

New, no scratches or chips.

Almost all other examples I have seen are offered withincorrect domed acrylic lenses.

This is the nicest example of this model I have ever seen.You would be hard pressed to find a nicer one at any price.
