One of several advertising whisky jugs listed.
Avintage advertising water jug for whisky, made of glazed pottery by Wade PDM.
The jug is finished in a blacksemi-matt glaze,and hasembossed initials to either side with transfer prints below consisting of a gilt, blue & red celtic style'h' in a square cartouche & HIGHLAND PARK / SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY / ORKNEY ISLANDS / AGED 12 YEARS.
The jug has a pinched spout, to prevent ice cubes falling into your whisky.
The base has the WADE / PDM backstamp used from around c.1990.
Condition is fine, with no damage or wear to the transfers.
The jug stands approx 6" tallmaximum (approx 15.3cm) - see photo of it next to a soft drinks can to give a better idea of size.
