1. Check the tracking number on your item daily. When it is in thearea, plan to have someone at home that can accept it for you.

2. If you won’t be home when the package is delivered for anextended period of time, you can have the item held at the post office/FedexStore for pickup. You can do this once a tracking number is assigned to theitem and it has shipped.

3. Have the item delivered to your office or place of work.

4. If nothing else, leave instructions for the postal workerconceal the item behind or under a chair, table, or something near your doorwhere it cannot be easily seen by others.
