Vintage mint green color with red top hat (hat color has faded from age) that should tip each time a coin is placed in the bank. Still has its original plug on bottom. Condition is good, minor surface scratches from wear. Please refer to photos as the aid in the description. Measures approximately 5\"x 3\".
