This is a white glass sugar holder - 4\" high. It has orange, yellow and gold flowers and greenery on the front with SUGAR on it in black. It has a gold plastic top with a sugar dispenser that goes back down when the dispenser is turned back up. It is 2 1/4\" high and the dispenser works.
