A RARE ornate enameled Art Nouveau frame on this 1920s Whiting and Davis Armor enameled mesh purse. The frame background is a beautiful rare color. The floral arrangement is divine and vivid. I have yet to see a piece with a similar frame (of this brand); A true STANDOUT collection piece that is still durable enough to use if desired!
Condition: Very good vintage condition; Normal wear noted to enameled frame as would be expected with a piece of this age. Enamel color on mesh bag is in very colorful as shown; remnants are white, black, teal orange/brown. Flowers are pink,yellow, orange. Some wear on top frame. See all Photos. Rare color and design. Hang tag inside see photo. Kiss lock in perfect working condition; gap/hole in mesh near each hinge (common in these bags).
