Up for sale:
Vintage small book titled \"Wicktel Theater\". It is in German so I can\'t tell you much about it. It looks like it was by Kutzer, Holft and Leipzig. It measures approx. 5\" x 4-1/4\".
It is VERY unusual/rare in that it folds out to show the entire story (see pictures). Each page is illustrated and it looks like it is about elves or some other type of small fairy creature. There 16 \"pages\".
Don\'t see any date in the book but it looks old. On the back is writing in pencil and German that is difficult to read. May have the date 1840 but could be something else entirely.
Condition: Pre-owned. Poor condition. Has water staining throughout the book, mostly along the folds. Not as noticeable on the picture side but noticeable on the back side. Considerable wear on the edges, corners and spine. Paper discolored from age and water staining. Some tears in the fold between the first and second picture at the top and bottom. There is some writing in pencil on the back on the #21 on the first page.
