Presenting a Vintage \"Wig Wardrobe Midge\" Doll with Original Orange Band. She is also called \"Fashion Queen Midge\".
She is made by Mattel (Model #1009) from 1964. She is wearing an Original Midge 2 - Pc Swimsuit.
She has Bright Blue Eyes, Freckles and a Straight-Legged Body.On the doll bottom it says \"Midge™, ©1962, Barbie ®, ©1958, by Mattel Inc, Patented\".
She has \"Japan\" on the bottom of her right foot - partially rubbed.
Her Molded Red Hair looks great - no rubs.
Her Face Paint looks great as well - no rubs but her lipstick appears slightly light.
No Piercings or Green Ear.
There are no neck splits. Her body has light played-with marks.
Neither arm is swingy.
Her body could use a light cleaning.
All of her fingers and toes are present. She has about 75% of the fingernail polish and 10% of her toenail polish present.
Her legs seem to lean towards the right.
Her 2-Piece \"Midge\" Swimsuit is in very good vintage condition - back of top is missing some stitching.
A White Plastic Wig Stand (has melt marks and some hair stuck to the wig holders) and 3 Wigs: Red Bubblecut, a Blonde Pageboy and a Brunette Flip. All 3 could use a little restyling - and not original to this set.
