Fresh from an upstate New York estate! This offering is for a stunningly detailed and bright vintage 14k gold plated necklace by \"Wild Bryde.\" The 21\" necklace is so rich, lacey, light in weight and delicate looking yet it is sturdy and high quality made. It fastens with a substantial lobster claw clasp. Note the intricate filigree in the peacock feathers and chain links. The peacock forms the focal point and is 2\" high and 1 1/2\" wide at the lower beads. Two \"wings\" are hinged to each side and from this, stamped peacock feather chain links finish it out to each side. INCREDIBLE detail! The beads, 6 in all, are semi-precious stones in what looks like green jade, turquoise and amethyst. Wild Bryde is made entirely in the USA in Northern California and has been in business for over 30 years. They have always been passionate about animals, nature and jewelry design. Each piece is hammered by hand with a special plannishing tool that strengthens the jewelry and giving it subtle and attractive light reflecting facets. My pictures do not do this necklace justice. It is in exquisite condition with not damage of fading of the plate. This necklace is an attention getter!
