You are offerding on a nice old Wiley & Russell Brace Tap

Holder. It is in nice condition. I took it all apart (see pic) so you could see condition. It is approx. 5 1/2\" tall. It has a measurement of 3/8 x16 with 1/32. It has some minor marks at top on bit side( see pic). Just a nice piece to add to your collection or it could still be used. Please look at all pictures. Thank you.
