This old staff car works when you wind-it-up, away it goes. Although the siren is missing, and I don\'t know if it makes any noise through the D-battery. It has three wooden tires, and one rubber that gives it power to go, after winding it up. The graphics are very good on it, and the U.S. Flag on top really makes it a standout. It measures 11 1/4\" long, by 4 1/4\" wide, not including the key, and is app. 3\" tall. Good Luck offerding on this nice old toy.
