Handmade Wooden Jewish Box with Decoupage Decoration Circa 2000\'s
This large box was made to store hebrew books known as bentcher\'s - traditional grace after meals and would be displayed in the dining room.
The reproduced image of the crown and bow is taken from a Ketuba (Jewish Marriage Certificate) from Gibraltar 1872 The image of the menorah is taken from the Gervera Bible, Spain 1300s and can be found in the national library in Lisbon
