Hello! And welcome to our store!Listed here today for your viewing and purchase is this wonderful antique / vintage yard-long style hand-tinted photo of Crater Lake in Oregon.
The colors are rich and vibrant, but the wonderful Art Deco frame is what sets this image apart from so many others seen on the Internet. I love how the blue in the frame beautifully accents the blue of Crater Lake.
It measures an overall 13\" high by 33\" long. The actual viewing image measures approximately 10\" high by 29-3/4\" long.
The frame is so pretty. It does have a few places where its advanced age shows wear, but all in all, it looks so pretty -- one of the prettiest frames I\'ve ever seen.
I do want to interject here that I believe this to be a hand-tinted photograph. I usually specialize in antique lithographs, so this is a little astray from my familiar area of collecting. I have not removed the backing as I hate to remove the old rusted nails. Someone has torn away the old dust jacket on the back.
