Very old estate item ... possiblyhandmade ... definitely lots of character!

This very old, one-piecerolling pin measures apx 10” in overall length.The roller portion measures 5 ¼” and it is apx 2” in diameter. There is a crack in the roller section asshown in my photos. The surface is rawwoodgrain. Very special ... veryunusual!

About the church: 100% of these proceeds will go toward therenovation of our historic, 109-year-old Albert Paine United Methodist Churchin Painesdale, Michigan. We are a smallcongregation with an abundance of determination. The church itself is large aswas the congregation back in the early 1900s.It is now the only church left in Painesdale, a once-booming mining townin the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.Through a series of fundraisers, we have been able to begin renovatingthe exterior of the church while maintaining the historic aspect. Our current focus is on preserving thebeautiful, original stained glass windows.The church’s interior has been kept as original as possible over themany years.
