According to my internet research this book seems to be very rare. The first edition (3 volumes) listed on abebooks sells for $3000! An identical edition to this listing was listed at $250. On Wikipedia, Egan\'s write-up does not list this book though they state he was a prolific writer about the lives of Catholics in America in the late 1900s. So the price is high and maybe it is worth more! Start the offerding - you will let us know whether we are offering a bargain or not.
Oh....and...there is a bookmark which was found in the book and it has stained two pages. You get the bookmark as well.
