Vintage Inuit / Eskimo Art white stone carving of aSeal & Seal Pup by Abbott Canada

The carving is in nice vintage condition given its age. There are some minor chips on the base of the figurine. *See Photos.

The exact age of this piece is not known, but we might guess around 1950-1973.

The figurine is 10\" by 6\" at the base and it is 8 1/2\" tall. It is a heavy piece - 3.5 kg or 7.8 pouds

This carving / sculpture would make a wonderful addition to any indigenous art collection.
